A Two Section Axial Piston Pump consists of two pump sections within a single housing. Both pump sections rotate in the same direction and at the same speed, ensuring synchronized operation. The pump is made with a housing that contains two separate pump sections. Each section consists of an axial arrangement of pistons, cylinder blocks, a swash plate or cam mechanism, and an inlet/outlet port configuration. The pistons reciprocate within their respective cylinder blocks to generate hydraulic pressure.
Attributes:
• Both Pumps rotate in a counter-clockwise direction with 2327 Rpm
• Maximum Displacement/Rev of the front pump is 90cc
• Maximum Displacement/Rev of the rear pump is 90cc
Applications:
A Two Section Axial Piston Pump is used to generate hydraulic power to drive two different sections of the machine by converting rotary motion from the drive shaft into reciprocating motion of pistons to generate pressurized fluid flow. It is used for high volumetric efficiency, ensuring effective fluid transfer and minimal energy loss.
